TEKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates for a Loan Officer Assistant position with a Fortune 100 Company in Winchester, VA.

This will be a fully onsite role for at least the first 6 months.

Job Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors, and Closers to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a financial/banking environment (preferred)

• 3 years of experience in administrative functions in a professional office setting

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have quick data entry skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced/production-driven environment

• Must be comfortable speaking with members over the phone (50% of the job -daily phone contact to members for certain tasks and other tasks will be virtual contact)

Hours: Monday-Friday

8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Training: 4 weeks
