Description We are looking to bring on board a meticulous Accounting Clerk to our team based in Westminster, Colorado. The role involves performing a variety of accounting tasks, including computing production costs, monitoring inventory, maintaining communication with copackers, and managing accounts payable in the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Compute production costs for each production cycle, encompassing both fresh and further processed products

• Monitor inventory by tracking raw material and further processed lots, ensuring adherence to standard yields throughout the process

• Validate stored items for freezer and cooler against warehouse receipts

• Maintain consistent communication with copackers to ensure timely data entry into the accounting software

• Associate production lotted inventory with AR invoices post-production

• Input vendor Accounts Payable and manage inventory receipts in the ERP system

• Use skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage 50, Sage Intacct, and Annual Inventory for effective job execution. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting clerk role or similar position

• Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with billing processes and procedures

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage 50, and Sage Intacct accounting software

• Experience with annual inventory processes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred.
