Description We are offering an opportunity for a Legal Assistant in the real estate and property industry, located in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. This role will involve supporting attorneys in real estate and transactional practices, incorporating a blend of administrative and substantive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys in real estate and transactional practices

• Handling a blend of administrative and substantive tasks

• Providing room for movement and advancement

• Supporting the law firm in various legal tasks

• Maintaining law office skills and practices. Requirements • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

• Prior experience in a law office or real estate firm is preferred

• Proficiency in legal research tools and software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of real estate law and property rights

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

• Must possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
