Google Regional Intelligence Manager, Compliance, Safety and Risk Management in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security/Intelligence Studies, Risk Management, Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Business Continuity, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk, and leading operational or project-based work/tasks.

  • 5 years of experience working in a security or threat intelligence position in the public or private sector, and 2 years of experience managing a threat intelligence, incident response, or similar team, and fostering a team environment.

  • 2 years of experience in project management, project planning, status reporting, budget tracking, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating executive-level briefings/presentations.

  • Experience in the technology sector, and/or demonstrated understanding of technical infrastructure.

  • Understanding of corporate writing style with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Google suite products.

  • Willingness to serve in a rotating on-call schedule, occasional evening and weekend work may be needed as events dictate.

  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate in this regional/global role.

The Threat Analysis and Crisis Services (TACS) team within Google Data Center's Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) organization, provides 24x7 threat monitoring, intelligence analysis and crisis reporting of potential threats to Technical Infrastructure’s personnel, operations, assets, and supply chain to support decision making and business continuity.

TACS surfaces emerging threats leveraging data collected in open sources, via public/private sector partnerships, and third-party providers. TACS is enabling ongoing ML and Cloud business growth, and a safe and secure infrastructure through robust threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for new and existing asset locations.

  • Ensure a safe and secure infrastructure within a defined geographical region through executing and continuously improving the threat analysis and crisis services program for Google’s Technical Infrastructure (TI).

  • Coordinate timely, accurate, and relevant delivery of threat assessments, intelligence briefings, and short position papers that influence decision making and business continuity.

  • Participate in incident response and deliver clear/concise communications, documenting impacts and response actions for key stakeholders.

  • Assist in defining and executing the threat intelligence program strategy for Google’s technical infrastructure.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify security threats to their business.
