Responsibilities

Performance of a variety of budgetary and program functions, providing financial, advisory, and guidance services for the customer base

Description:

• Partner with the program business analyst on a wide variety of project functions including:

• Assistance monitoring Integrated Budget Planning and Execution System (IBPES) burn rates.

• Create and track ERP reports.

• Assist with data entry, budget tracking, and task timelines.

• Track and identify obligated, unobligated, and reimbursable funds.

• Assist with monitoring Network Activity (NWA) burn rates

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any technical or managerial discipline.

• Certifications:

• A level II DAWIA Certification may be substituted for two (2) years of work experience.

• Experience:

• Four years of full-time professional experience performing support for myriad aspects of business operations including organizational, communications, financials, budgetary and programming functions.

• Other Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Secret

• U.S. Citizenship status is required for this position

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Experience with appropriation expenditures, obligations of funds, allocation of funding, and reviews of requests for allocation of funds.

• Experience with ERP.

• Ability to understand organizational cost structure.

• Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques.

• Business Partner/Effective Communicator:

• English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.

• Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

• Ability to train, lead projects, direct employees.

• Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.

• Navy ERP

• Integrated Budget Planning and Execution System (IBPES) (This system is only used by this customer).
