About this role: The Training and Access Operations Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing training operations and overseeing the user access operations for customers and partners. This position is responsible for smooth operation of training activities, from curriculum development to logistics coordination as well as timely fulfillment of user access requests. The Training and Access Operations Manager collaborates with various departments to identify business needs, develop the supporting operations, and oversee the delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness and enhance the overall training and user access experience. The Training and Access Operations Manager ensures that CyberArk customers and partners receive high-quality service during their CyberArk University and Community experience. What you will do:

Training Delivery:

  • Oversee the delivery of training sessions, either through in-house trainers, external providers, or e-learning platforms.
  • Own and continuously enhance enrollment and registration process Including payment cycle PO or credit card transactions and billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate trainers, and external vendors, if necessary, to ensure smooth training delivery.

Training Logistics and Resource Allocation:

  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, equipment, authorized training providers, and materials procurement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize training operations.

Training Systems Performance Improvement:

  • Be the business lead of the learning management systems (LMS) system and the focal point for any change request.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Incorporate various training methods and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to senior management regarding training program outcomes.

User Access Fulfillment:

Oversee the intake and processing of user access requests by the user access team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize access requests based on business needs, lead triage and escalations for user access team members as needed.

Implement and manage access review processes to ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.

Generate reports and dashboards to track access request trends and present data-driving findings to management.

Lead initiatives to provide continuous improvements and scale with volume growth.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor the training operations specialist team and user access team.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members, set clear performance expectations, and regularly assess and develop team members' skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business).
  • Proven experience (+3 years) in training program development and operations management.
  • Familiarity with training technologies, eLearning, and learning management systems. Experience with Docebo Learning Management System- an advantage.
  • Excellent com unication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Leadership and team management experience (+3 years)- Must
  • Ability to adapt to evolving training needs and industry trends.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $115,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
