REQUIREMENTS: 3 Months of experience is required. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid drivers license. (BFOQ will be driving customer vehicles). JOB DESCRIPTION: The Dispatcher acts as the principal contact between the parts department and service technicians, pulls parts and prepares items for shipment, verifies accuracy of deliveries, and sends drivers to the appropriate locations to deliver parts in a timely manner. Provides customer satisfaction and maximizes dealership sales.
