POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology,# the System Analyst will primarily provide support and training for the Allscripts EHR Pro and Allscripts PM platforms. The position will also be responsible for training physicians on the use of the application, providing ongoing support to clients, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Fully supports and administratively manages end user support requests to resolution via ticketing system. ### #Provide end-user support for the Allscripts EHR Pro and Allscripts PM platforms. ### #Train physicians and clinical staff on how to use the Allscripts applications. ### #Provide guidance and support to clients in the implementation and optimization of the Allscripts platform. ### #Identify and resolve issues with the Allscripts application and escalate as needed. ### #Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues related to the Allscripts platform. ### #Maintain, create# and update reports, training materials, user guides, and documentation related to the Allscripts platform. ### #Stay up-to-date on Allscripts platform updates, releases, and best practices. ### #Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding issues, updates, and resolutions related to the Allscripts platform.## # ### #Performs other work as required to support the IT Department and Granville Health System. # QUALIFICATIONS: ### #Minimum of 3 years of experience providing support and training for Allscripts EHR Pro and Allscripts PM platforms. ### #Strong knowledge of Allscripts EHR Pro, Allscripts PM applications, Crystal Reporting. ### #Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ### #Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner. ### #Experience with client support and training in a healthcare setting. ### #Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ### #Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed. ### #Experience with other EHR platforms a plus # Preferences: IT experience in healthcare or hospital setting.
