Job Description

This position will perform functions related to accounts payable, purchasing, inventory control, and travel reimbursements for the department as defined by university policies. This position will serve as one of the department’s liaisons with the Office of Finance, the Procurement Office, Information Technology Services, Facilities Management, and other Auxiliary Business units, in conjunction with the department’s activity units – Events, Enforcement, Transportation, and Customer Service. This position will also assist the Director, Associate Directors, and Business Operations Manager with various initiatives including but not limited to budgeting, financial management, and business operations.
