Job Description
The purpose of this job is to analyze Business processes, understand the process data and determine efficiencies through optimization, engineering, and automation proactively and retroactively measured through KPIs and metrics for impact.
Analyzing new and current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction using methodologies and technology.
Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
To design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.
Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience required
Minimum three years’ business process analysis work experience required
Experience working in an Agile software development environment preferred
Six Sigma Certified
Training in business process modeling preferred
Experience with process mining tools, automation tools and methodologies
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
Familiarity and experience with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA, Confluence, Tempo
Knowledge of the software development process
In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban development frameworks
Capability to create and understand complex system architecture and network diagrams
Understanding of the project management process
Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand highly complex systems that cross multiple functions and business units
Ability to apply in-depth knowledge for evaluation, modification, implementation, and optimization of new or enhanced systems and business processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate, and build consensus within a team.
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail
Ability to communicate with and make presentations to large and small groups from various levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, meet goals, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
