Description:Job Title: PM Transport Dispatcher Job Type: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 2pm-8pm, On-call until 5am On-Call every other weekend rotation Location: Elk River Beaudry Oil & Propane is currently looking for a Transport Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual. The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is to efficiently dispatch all Transport loads while ensuring that Beaudry Oil & Propane is compliant with State and Federal laws. This position will oversee the day to day operations and deliveries of our company trucks while monitoring driver hours. Responsibilities: * Monitor truck locations and driving efficiencies with GPS tracking * Manage driver hours * Take phone calls with excellent customer service * Maintaining responsibility for dispatching all of the transport trucks in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction * Answering in-bound calls from customers and assessing their needs * Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times * Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction * Performing office clerical work, such as filing and organizing * Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly * Performing other duties as assigned Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, and Word * Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to work flexible hours Benefits: Beaudry Oil & Propane takes pride in serving our employees.
