Be a part of a new corporate program for Royce Geo! We are looking for aresults-driven Source Performance and Quality Specialist to define, execute, and analyze the results of complex studies of collection system performance. You will also perform end-to-end source management performance analysis to support multi-source requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, execute, and analyze the results of complex studies of collection system performance.
  • Respond to requests for studies from customers across theNSG, gathering requirements and educating customers on outcomes and results.
  • Aid in the design, production, and implementation of a federated approach to provide end-to-end Source performance metrics that ensures continuity, consistency, agreement, transparency, and awareness both internally (team-wide) and externally (with customers).
  • Perform detailed end-toend source management performance analysis to support multi-source requirements (i.e. satellite collection performance, co11ection requirements performance, simulations of collection impacts based on weather and other sensor specific functionality).
  • Create and produce analytic reports in accordance with the format provided by the Government.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to support the improvement of new metrics, analytical techniques and tools to assist in the measurement ofimageryutilization and satisfaction within the framework of multisource strategies.
  • Perform modeling anddataanalysis on near-term changes toGEOINTrequirements, constellations, and systems and clearly communicate impacts to current and future systems including anomalies to inform senior-level decision makers.
  • Identify, collect, process, and analyze large volumes ofdatato produce and enhance products, processes, and systems.
  • Investigate and introduce novel analytical techniques,datamining and retrieval, andstatisticaland mathematical analyses to identify trends, solve analytical problems, optimize performance, and visualize results.
  • Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the government.

Required Qualifications:

  • ActiveTS/SCIClearance.
  • Proficiency in commongeospatialsoftware applications and tools, such asPython,SQL, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Collections,Data Visualization,ESRIArcGIS, Timeseries Modeling, Large Language Modeling, Sagemaker, R, Git,Tableau, Collections,Databricks, Hue, Knowi, Kahana.
  • 8-10 years of relevantexperiencewith a bachelor'sdegree. (A com ination of years ofexperienceand professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of adegree)
