Physician Services Clinical Trainer

Job Description

Responsible for the clinical training programs in Physician Services. Including but not limited to: new employee training and on boarding, customer service, policies and procedures, and VHCPG EMR. Works closely with Directors of Operations to plan, direct, and coordinate all clinical training activities.

Qualifications:

A. Education: Current Virginia license to practice professional nursing. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

B. Experience: 2 years relevant experience preferred. Working knowledge of physician office operations, workflows and utilization of the electronic medical record. Must possess excellent customer service, adaptability, public speaking and communication skills. Experience in areas of educational training and development, preferred. Current BLS certification required.
